APPLICATIONS: (if you apply)
- Completed by each adult who will sign on the Lease
- $50 application fee, non-refundable for each person
CREDIT HISTORY:
Minimum credit score of 550
- No outstanding charges to past landlords
- No evictions filed in the last 3 years (meaning you were served notice by the marshal whether you paid in full or moved)
CRIMINAL BACKGROUND:
- Be completely honest if it exists
JOB HISTORY:
- Must be on job minimum of 6 months.
- Job must be verified by supervisor or HR representative
INCOME:
- Gross income (before taxes) must be at least 4 x the rent amount. Pay is added together if you are a couple.
- Must be verified by current check stubs or another source.
Application reviews will take a minimum of 2 business days to complete
